Positive: During our trip the weather was brutal with colder temperatures and snow. The gas fire place was extremely cozy and gave us a place to warm up. The cabin is quiet and comfortable. The washer and dryer were very handy.

Negative: I slept on the lower bunk in the same room as the washer and dryer. It was a nice quiet space but the mattress was firmer that what I’m used to. I was still comfortable and slept well.

Summary: The cabin was perfect for our stay. I would surely book another stay here…

Positive: The cabin was amazing the stay was great. We loved the easy location for our trip.

Negative: We really needed some plastic cups there were coffee mugs but no cups or glasses. We purchased some glass glasses and left them for the next guest but really could Have used some plastic cups or glasses. Not enough to sway our decision about the cabin it was great!!

Positive: The location. We were in Chama to ride the scenic Cumbres and Toltec train. We could walk to the train station in about 10 minutes. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully outfitted, and there was a washer and dryer.

Negative: The sleeping areas were separated by curtains, and the cabinn had awkward step downs and ups in the back sleeping areas that were tricky to navigate in the dark.
